The 2024 Australian Country Championships will be held in Goulburn, New South Wales from 3 to 10 August 2024 as the best regional hockey talent comes together for a week of competition.

Nominations are now open for players to be considered for the 2024 WA State Country Men's and Women's Teams. The player eligibility will be at the discretion of the Hockey WA staff. 

Selection Events

The 2024 Hockey WA CBH State Country Championships at the Perth Hockey Stadium will be the selection events for these teams.

Women - Friday 14 June 2024 to Sunday 16 June 2024.

Men - Friday 21 June 2024 to Sunday 23 June 2024.

Additional trials may be held after the initial squads are named. There will be a  preparation program when the teams are selected.  

Players unable to attend the selection events through injury or other valid reason that want to be considered for selection are still encouraged to nominate however they will need to provide proof of the reason and make a case for exemption. All such cases are to be made to:
