Bridging the Gap: Enhancing Collaboration Between Coaches and Umpires

Duration: 3 Hours

Objective:
To improve communication and mutual understanding between coaches and umpires, fostering better collaboration and enhancing the overall game experience.

Program Highlights

  • Understanding Roles: Presentations and discussions to clarify the responsibilities and challenges of coaches and umpires, with an interactive Q&A session.
  • Communication Strategies: Workshops and role-playing activities to practice effective on-field communication and conflict resolution.
  • Game Rules and Fair Play: Panel and open discussions on common rule interpretations, promoting fairness and respect for officiating.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Team-building exercises to strengthen partnerships between coaches and umpires.
