The Smarter Than Smoking Goldstix Carnival will be based on small sided games that focus on fun and maximum participation for all. There are three nomination categories:

1. Years 1-2 (5-a-side)
2. Years 3-4 Gold: Players/ teams who are new to the game of hockey (7-a-side)
3. Years 3-4 Black: Players/ teams with 1-2 years’ experience (7-a-side)

• Games will run at for 15 minutes with 10 minute intervals (start / finish time subject to fixturing).

• All clubs are encouraged to set up tents and displays with team colours and face painting!

• Each team must have a guide / umpire for all games.

• The Smarter Than Smoking Hookin2Hockey Carnival is open to all Hockey WA affiliated clubs and associations. Payment ($75 per team) is made in the online portal.

• Fixtures will be emailed to the team contact in the week before the Smarter Than Smoking Hookin2Hockey Carnival. Every effort will be made to ensure that these do not change.
