Hockey WA are now taking nominations for players wishing to be considered for the 2021 U18 State Team and/or the 2021 16's/17's Perth Thundersicks Academy Program. 

These trials will be used to select one (1) team per gender to compete at the U18 Australian Championships to be held in Launceston, TAS from 8th to 16th April 2021 as well as for the 2021 Thundersticks Academy Program.

To be eligible to nominate for U18 State selection a player must be born between 01/01/2003 - 31/12/2005 inclusive. Atheletes can select to trial for the State Team, Thundersticks Academy or both.

Following trial 2, numbers will be cut down to 45 players per gender. Athletes will be notified of their progression via the Hockey WA website.

Players are expected to attend all subsequent trials and training sessions, should they be successful in progressing through the selection process.
