Welcome to the 2021 CBH Group Men's Country Championships event page.

The championships will be held exclusively on turf at Perth Hockey Stadium at Curtin University from, Saturday 5th June to Monday 7th June.

The team nomination fee for 2021 is $1,210.00 (inc. GST) for all divisions

Please note invoices will be sent to your association once all nominations have been received.

All teams must nominate one umpire with their team nomination or it will not be accepted. One umpire may be nominated for two teams. Alternatively teams may request a Hockey WA umpire.

There will be a function on Saturday 5th of June at the Perth Hockey Stadium, more details to be released.

Nominations are due 9:00am 17th May 2021.
