Hockey WA - Administrative Assistant position available

Hockey WA are seeking a suitably qualified person with strong administrative acumen to provide support to the General Manager Business Operations. The role is a short term (circa three months) engagement and will require an individual with the skills to complete the following tasks:

· Excellent written skills (correspondence to clubs, committee minutes, and briefing notes)

· Project management of small capital and administrative projects

· Staff coordination, venue bookings and timetabling skills

· Contract management and supporting contractors to complete tasks in a timely manner

· Excellent computer skills with a high competency level in Excel being a preferable requirement

· Ability to work within a team environment

· An understanding of sporting venues and management within a sporting environment.
