Hockey WA and GRYPHON extend long-term partnership

Hockey WA and GRYPHON have signed a partnership which will see the company supply the apparel needs to the Western Australian hockey community until at least the end of 2025.

GRYPHON and Hockey WA have enjoyed a long-term partnership, and the three-year extension will see GRYPHON supply Hockey WA staff, Hockey WA teams and programs with branded uniforms, training and playing kit including in local and national competitions.

Hockey WA’s General Manager – Business Operations, Graeme Hall, said the partnership extension was great news for hockey fans across the state.

“We are delighted to extend our long-term relationship with GRYPHON,” Hall said.

“GRYPHON has, for a long period of time, provided the hockey community with wonderful local support and expert knowledge, as well as effective distribution, around the supply and design of uniforms and apparel.

“The GRYPHON-Hockey WA connection has been long-standing, and we see this partnership extension continuing that great service to our members.”

GRYPHON ’s Jonathon Petterson said his company’s connection with the state was significant.

“GRYPHON has been part of the hockey DNA in Western Australia since it was created by former Australian Kookaburra and Perth Thundersticks player Peter Haselhurst in 1983,” Petterson said. 

“With a long history of supporting WA hockey clubs and associations we are excited by the benefits our new apparel partnership with Hockey WA can bring to WA hockey players competing on the national stage.
