Hockey WA are delighted to offer a HockeyEd Foundation Lead Coach Education Program at various venues across Perth.
Between Monday 25 March and Thursday 28 March, Hockey WA will be on hand to guide participants through HockeyEd's Foundation Lead Coach Education Program in face-to-face workshops at Troy Pickard Hockey Centre, Melville Toyota Stadium and Perth Hockey Stadium.
The program is directed towards teachers, parents, players and coaches involved in coaching club hockey and developing the performance of individual athletes.
The course covers all basic technical skills as well as applying those skills to create a fun, safe and engaging hockey environment through small-sided games for juniors and seniors.
To attend the course, participants must register their attendance for one of the workshops and pay the $40.00 fee, and register online with Hockey Australia.
Keep an eye out for future coaching courses set to be offered in other locations.
