Hockey WA has been collaborating with Teamstar to develop an integrated platform that enhances the administration of clubs and assists Hockey WA in organising fixtures. This is being used for all Perth-based competitions in 2025.

Hockey WA has published the fixtures for all Senior Turf, Masters and Metro divisions on the website (Comps & Events/Fixtures & Results). These display in a different format to REVO and will be automatically added to each team, and players will see their fixtures for the season on their devices.

What’s New

No more paper matchbooks. Results, including player details, will be automatically sent to Hockey WA at the end of each game. There is NO requirement for managers to enter game information in Revo. Some introductory videos and FAQ’s are available at https://teamstar.net.au/training-videos.

Cam Robinson from Teamstar has sent a detailed email to all Club Admins and Team Managers. Please contact your Club Admin if you need help or have any questions.

Recording umpires on the match card

Managers must write the name of the umpire on the card so that Hockey WA can contact them if needed. If the umpire is happy to include their mobile number, that would be helpful, but it is not mandatory. For Premier 1 & 2 teams that have HWA-provided umpires, the manager does not need to record the umpire's name.
