Introducing the Perth Thundersticks Player Partnership Program
Published Tue 28 Jun 2022
YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT OUR ELITE MEN AND WOMEN ON THEIR JOURNEYS
The 2022 Perth Thundersticks men’s and women’s squads ahead of the Sultana Bran Hockey One League season have been announced – and now is your opportunity (or your business’ opportunity) to show your support of our star players.
In 2022, Hockey WA and the Perth Thundersticks are providing the opportunity for businesses and individuals to show their support to the Thundersticks’ rising and current stars… by signing on as a sponsor through the Player Partnership Program.
The Player Partnership Program opportunities, while small in investment at $2500 per player, are big on impact. The support around the Player Partnership Program quite literally helps the game at all levels – individual players, clubs and the state development at junior and senior level – with exposure for partners across Hockey WA digital channels and at our major Thundersticks events in October.
The $2500 per Player Partnership Program is divided across 10% to the nominated player’s club; 15% to the Future Thundersticks; 25% to the nominated player directly; and 50% to the Thundersticks program to help fund the elite-level development.
All players selected in the 2022 Perth Thundersticks squads are available for sponsorship, with the support assisting the athletes on their journey to the Hockey One League and/or Australian selection (irrespective of whether a player is selected in the final Thundersticks squad).
Members of the Player Partnership Program receive a VIP game-day ticket inclusive of hospitality at each of the Thundersticks’ three home games, plus a range of additional benefits including big-screen acknowledgement alongside sponsored player(s), MC acknowledgement, social-media exposure and more.
