The Hockey WA Season and Events Calendars are now live as the 2023 season nears closer for Western Australia.

The two calendars highlight a packed calendar year for 2023, with a plethora of events across the year in all ages and divisions.

The season start dates have been revealed, with competitions (except Premier Divisions and Juniors) to commence on Saturday April 1. The Premier Divisions will commence from Friday 14 April, with the Juniors to follow on Friday 28 April.

Other major events comprising of the CBH Group Country Championships (June), Fuel To Go & Play Junior Club Championships (July), CSBP Regional Roadshows, themed rounds and much more have dates finalised, with elite hockey and fun on offer for all members.

“2023 presents a very exciting year for hockey in WA, with a range of events locked in across all ages and divisions,” Hockey WA General Manager Game and Community Development Shayley McGurk Davy says.

“I urge all of our members to familiarise yourself with our calendars and particularly our Season Planner – it’s an essential tool that highlights fixture weeks across the season.

“More importantly, our events calendar highlights a huge year for the sport in the events space - we can’t wait to see everyone out and about across each event in such a huge year for hockey in the state.”
