Perth Thundersticks and Hockeyroos to engage in pre-season skirmishes

With the 2023 Hockey One season less than three weeks away, the Perth Thundersticks women's team will be kickstarting their campaign with a series of pre-season skirmishes against the Hockeyroos.

Taking place at Perth Hockey Stadium at Curtin University, the women's team will go head-to-head with the country's finest in a two-match series kicking off on the King's Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 25 September from 6.00pm.

In the week leading up to the Thundersticks' round one match against Canberra Chill on Saturday 7 October, the women's team will go up against the Hockeyroos for a second time on Wednesday 4 October from 6.30pm.
