Overview

Reporting to the General Manager – Game & Community Development, the Performance & Pathways Manager will play an integral role in leading the delivery of the strategic objectives of the department. The sustained and measured success and outcomes present a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on pathways programs and highperformance Hockey in Western Australia.

While overseeing and working closely with the Performance Coordinator and Pathways Coordinator, the Performance & Pathways Manager will take an active role in the design and implementation of our State Pathways, Perth Thundersticks and Academy program, as well as driving new High-Performance opportunities within the Asian corridor.

In addition, the Performance & Pathways Manager will be responsible for individual program budget coordination, along with the design, planning and implementation of Pathways and Performance programs where appropriate.
