Premier League to feature on LIVEHockey.com.au

Premier League hockey will reach more people than ever before, with the recent free-to-air broadcast announcement supplemented with broadcast Premier League matches streaming live and free through LIVEHockey.com.au
All Hockey WA-controlled content on LIVEHockey.com.au will be streamed free to viewers in front of the paywall, ensuring all hockey and sports fans alike have unlimited access to Hockey WA’s Premier League.

Throughout the season Hockey WA will publish highlights and select Premier League content on its social media channels. Live streaming of selected Premier League matches will take place on LIVEHockey.com.au, with broadcast syndication played on NITV, with content also shared to SBS On Demand.

LIVE Hockey is an historic first for hockey in Australia. livehockey.com.au is a dedicated streaming platform housing Hockey Australia national events and events from all eight Member Associations (MAs) – including Hockey WA.

livehockey.com.au is currently a dedicated web based streaming platform with the option to download the Cluch app to gain access from mobile devices. You can download the Cluch app in the App Store / Google Play Store.
Is there a cost to download the Cluch app?
No, there is no cost to download the Cluch app.
Which events and competitions are streamed on livehockey.com.au?
The following Hockey Australia events will be shown on LIVE Hockey:
- Australian Under 21 Championships
- Australian Under 18 Championships
- Australian Under 15 Championships
- Australian Under 13 Carnival
- Australian Country Championships
- Australian Men’s and Women’s Masters Championships
Member Association (MA) content differs in each state/territory.
Hockey WA’s Premier League men’s and women’s content is livestreamed free of charge throughout the season, including finals.
Simply click on the LIVE Hockey link of the state/territory you want to watch.
Why are some games/events behind a paywall while others are free to watch?
Live streaming is based on subscriptions. However, Hockey Australia and the Member Associations in negotiations with Cluch have ensured there is content that remains in front of the paywall in every state/territory.
All Hockey WA-controlled content is available for free – simply register on LIVEHockey.com.au to access Hockey WA content.
Authenticate / Sign-In
An electronic mail will be sent from Cluch to your email address to verify your account before you can start streaming content. The email will contain a six-digit verification code. Once you have completed your registration you will be signed in, and you can stay signed in. Please note the six-digit authentication code needs to be used immediately from the time it is requested. Please email support@livehockey.com.au if you experience sign up issues.
Why is the stream not working?
Please check your internet connection status first. If you are still experiencing issues with the stream, please direct message us on our live chat at https://www.cluch.com.au or send us an email at isupport@livehockey.com.au. We will endeavour to investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.
I don’t have a smart TV, does this matter?
You will still be able to watch on your phone, tablet or computer device. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a smart tv you are unable to cast to your television. However, as an alternative option, connect your laptop or smartphone to TV via HDMI cord.
My smart TV won’t cast the vision, what do I do?
You need to check the settings on your smart tv to make sure you have selected an internet service and the signal strength is strong. If you are still encountering issues, try closing down your smart tv and try again. If you continue to encounter problems please email support@livehockey.com.au.
Can I receive notifications about what hockey events are LIVE now or are coming up?
livehockey.com.au has a section that displays which matches are coming up next. Upcoming matches for specific state/territory based leagues and tournaments can be found on the respective LIVE Hockey pages of each Member Association. Notifications are not currently available but something Cluch is working on developing.
Can I watch replays of matches?
Yes. All matches played and streamed on livehockey.com.au remain on the platform so you will be able to watch replays of all events and competitions.
I want to record some games, how can I do that?
Unfortunately, you are not able to record content from livehockey.com.au. This is to protect the rights of the sporting organisations. If you would like a copy of a particular match or game, please email support@livehockey.com.au.
I have signed up to watch one of the hockey leagues but there is no content to watch?
It’s likely the competition you are seeking to watch is yet to commence for Season 2022. Please refer to the competition draw on the Hockey Australia or respective Member Association website and return to livehockey.com.au to view live and replay content once the season has commenced.
My streams are pausing – what is wrong?
Your internet connection is likely to be unstable. Please reboot your device and internet connection and try logging back in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact support@livehockey.com.au.
