Hockey WA's Perth Thundersticks Academy is thrilled to kick off its school holiday training program for 2025 this April!
This is your opportunity to elevate your game, refine your skills, and get ready for the upcoming season with elite-level coaching and structured training sessions.
For the upcoming school holidays, Hockey WA is pleased to announce there will be three venues to choose from, ensuring athletes from all throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional athletes will have the opportunity to receive high-level training.

What to Expect
Elite Coaching: Work directly with experienced and highly qualified coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes and helping them maximise their potential.
Tailored Training Programs: Sessions will focus on skill development, tactical awareness, and mental conditioning to ensure you have the edge to compete at higher levels.
Networking and Exposure: Connect with other talented players from around the state, exchange insights, and learn from your peers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Pathways to State Teams: While participation in this training camp is not compulsory and does not serve as a selection event, it provides a valuable opportunity to enhance your skills and gain experience that could aid your progression to state and national teams.
This program is designed to support every player on their journey to excellence, no matter their starting point.

- Week 1: Monday, 14 April & Tuesday, 15 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
- Week 2: Monday, 21 April & Tuesday, 22 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
Dayton District Open Space
- Wednesday, 23 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
- Thursday, 24 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
Lark Hill Sportsplex
- Wednesday, 23 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
- Thursday, 24 April (9.00am - 12.00pm)
Payment Options
Perth Hockey Stadium
- Option 1: Attend 2 days - $150.00
- Option 2: Attend 4 days - $280.00
Dayton District Open Space/Lark Hill Sportsplex
- Option 1: Attend 2 days - $150.00
- Option 2: Attend 1 day - $75.00
Special Registration Notes
- Perth Hockey Stadium Age Range: 12-16 years old (must be turning 12 in 2025)
- Dayton District Open Space/Lark Hill Sportsplex Age Range: 9-16 years old (must be turning 9 in 2025)
- Ideal preparation for Under 14 trials and club season readiness
- Groups will be divided based on skill level, ensuring appropriate coaching for all participants.
