CBH Group Womens Country Championships 2024
Information
Welcome to the 2024 CBH Group Womens Country Championships. This event will be held at Perth Hockey Stadium and Fletcher Park in Victoria Park on 14 June - 16 June 2024.
The nomination fee per teams are as follows (NB: all prices are including GST):
Division 1 - $950 inc GST plus $300* for umpires (5x $60) = $1250 total
Division 2 - $895 inc GST plus $300* for umpires (5x $60) = $1195 total
Division 3-5 - $775 inc GST plus $300* for umpires (5x $60) = $1075 total
Masters Division 1 - $895 inc GST plus $300* for umpires (5x $60) = $1195 total
Masters Division 2 - $775 inc GST plus $300* for umpires (5x $60) = $1075 total
*If teams provide their own umpires, this amount will be reimbursed back to them post-tournament.
The above team nomination fee includes an amount that covers umpire payments. The inclusion of this amount into the nomination fees means that teams will no longer have to pay for umpires at the tournament desk during the event, or be invoiced for umpiring allocations at a later date.
Each team will receive a minimum of FIVE (5) umpring allocations that can either be fulfilled by their own umpire or a Hockey WA umpire. If you require a Hockey WA umpire, please inform Hockey WA via this registration. If a team provides their own umpire, the umpire will be paid by Hockey WA post-tournament. Championship Rules will be emailed to the team contact with the Championship fixtures. Every effort will be made to ensure that these do not change, however team withdrawals will determine this.
Please note that nominations will only be accepted from Regional Associations financial with Hockey WA from 2023 as per Hockey WA Rules (or new Regional Associations applying for membership in 2024). In entering teams in the 2024 CBH Group Country Championships, a Regional Association must agree to re-affiliate with Hockey WA for the 2024 financial year.
Nominations Close Sunday 26 May 2024, 11:59pm.
Late nominations will not be accepted unless there is a vacancy.

Hockey WA will send an Invoice to the Association for the Nomination Fee for the teams you have nominated once this form has been completed.

Fixture Request Form
You are only required to complete the below form if you have special requirements in relation to fixturing. The sorts of special requirements that are acceptable are:
- Travel Commitments for teams from outside the Metropolitan Area
- Accommodation Commitments for teams from outside the Metropolitan Area
- Team Commitments outside of Perth Hockey Stadium
Justification will need to be provided, to ensure all teams are treated equitably. If you do not have any requirements, and are happy with whatever fixtures are presented, please leave this form blank.
Please note, if no form is received, then it will be assumed that the team can attend all fixtures.
