Division One Indoor Classic Team Nomination

Hockey WA are formatting a top level Division One Indoor Competition.

This is a team nomination into that competition.

Cost is $550 for the the season, plus 8 weeks of umpires $400 = $950 for a team, which will be invoiced to the nominator before the start of the season.
