The concept for this proposal centres around providing the associations in the South West the opportunity to create additional offerings and opportunities for junior athletes and coaches on the development pathway, as well as growing the capacity of all associations to strengthen hockey as a whole throughout the region.

The proposed pilot focuses on a small series of games at each regional City/Town semi-regularly throughout the 2025 season as a round-robin fixture.

Association feedback on the concept and overall buy-in will determine the specifics of the pilot in areas such as eligibility criteria, offerings, and format.
